		Volker Ehrich, has been Vice President Supply Chain at Ball Packaging Europe since 2004.  Volker Ehrich joined the company in 1995 as Vice President Sales & Marketing Europe for Schmalbach-Lubeca/White Cap, 1 ½ years later he became Vice President Sales & Marketing at Schmalbach-Lubeca/Continental Can Europe from 1997 to 2003 and following the takeover of the company by Ball Corporation he continued to be responsible for this division in the same function for Ball Packaging Europe
		Dominique Mercier, has been Vice President Manufacturing at Ball Packaging Europe since 2008. The native-born Frenchman joined the company in 1993 as Engineering Manager in France. He assumed various functions as Engineering Manager for the Benelux-region and plant manager at a French site of BPE. Then Mercier changed as Manufacturing Director and Vice President Manufacturing to the Technical Center situated in Bonn.
		Thomas Haensch, has been named Vice President Sales & Marketing at Ball Packaging Europe in May 2011. After receiving his MBA, the native German began his career working for major, international manufacturers of consumer packaged goods where he was responsible for the worldwide marketing activities. Having worked for several years in the US and Switzerland, Thomas Haensch came back to Germany in 2008, where he - prior to joining Ball - was Global President of Project Business with Grohe AG, a leading international manufacturer of premium bathroom fittings.
		Michael D. Herdman, has been Chief Commercial Officer, Global Metal Beverage at Ball Corporation since 2009. Mike has many years experience in the beverage can making business. He joined the company in 2004 as President Ball Metal Beverage Packaging Division, Americas and was President of Ball Packaging Europe from 2008 to 2009.
		Dirk Schönberger, has been Senior Director Strategic Initiatives at Ball Packaging Europe since the end of 2008. The certified economist joined the company in 1998 and assumed various functions first for Schmalbach-Lubeca, than for Ball Packaging Europe as Plant  Controller, Controller Research & Development , Manager Corporate Controlling and  Senior Director Controlling and Head of European national Finance Departments.
		Klaus D. Steingass, has been Vice President Human Resources at Ball Packaging Europe since 2002. The lawyer joined the company – former Schmalbach-Lubeca - in 1998 as Human Resources Manager Compensation & Benefits & Labor Relations. From 2001 to 2002 he was Director Human Resources at Schmalbach-Lubeca AG and Continental Can Europe.
